The L-Acoustics KARA II is a modular line source loudspeaker designed for clarity and long-throw applications, such as performing arts, large corporate, and special events. It features a 2-way active system with dual 8" neodymium cone drivers and a 3" neodymium diaphragm compression driver. The KARA II offers four horizontal directivity patterns—70° or 110° symmetrical, and 90° asymmetrical left or right—achievable through Panflex™ technology and adjustable inter-element angles from 0° to 10°. This flexibility allows precise tailoring to various audience geometries. Additionally, L-VENTS™ technology minimizes turbulence noise, enhancing low-frequency clarity. With a maximum SPL of 142 dB and a frequency range from 55 Hz to 20 kHz, the KARA II delivers powerful and clear audio.
