The MegaPointe is a hybrid moving head built around a 470 W short-arc lamp, with CMY color mixing, a 14:1 zoom, rotating and static gobo wheels and an animation wheel. A 6-prism effects engine creates 12 beam and flower effects, and an electronic motion stabilizer reduces beam shake from truss movement.
